Please make sure to retain all the tabs and update activity by quarter. Completed reports are due to the Finance Officer, McDonald Institute within three weeks of the close of each quarter.
Claims Based Invoice

Use the invoice template found here to submit your funding claim every quarter. If you have an institution invoice template, you are free to use it, but ensure your submission contains the key information identified on the McDonald Institute invoice template found here.
For any research effort which has benefitted from support from the Arthur B. McDonald Canadian Astroparticle Physics Research Institute (i.e., faculty salary, HQP support, administration support, special funding, collaboration support, etc.), please follow the standard operating procedures outlined here. Depending on the conditions of the support you have received, additional conditions may be put in place.
