Room/Pod Booking
Use the calendars below to book Pods in Stirling Hall, Room 302
Pods are available to all Queen’s Physics Graduate students, Postdocs, Staff, Faculty, and visiting scientists needing a private space to hold meetings, take calls, or otherwise accommodate special needs. Undergraduates wishing to use a Pod should make a request to their supervising faculty or the McDonald Institute administrative team at admin@mcdonaldinstitute.ca
Pods may be booked in 30 minute intervals up to a maximum of 1 hour at a time.
Please note that it may take some time for the system to process bookings. Please wait for confirmation email for your booking before using the pod.
Note: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, use the Calendly Cancel/Reschedule links in the confirmation email. Clicking “No” or RSVPing “Decline” will not remove the booking from the Pod calendar, and that time will remain unavailable to book.
