This session is co-sponsored with GEnder MINorities In Physics (GEMINI-P) group at Queen’s University as part of the Professional Development and Learning (PD&L) Series at the McDonald Institute.
In this 1-hour session, undergraduate and Master’s students learn about process, timelines and application pieces for grad school in Canada. Join this session to receive tips on how to make an informed decision for your next steps in academia. This session may highlight applications to Queen’s University, but best practices can broadly be applied to other universities! So bring your lunch and join the conversation!
Presenter: Josh Zettel is currently a career counsellor at Career Services (Queen’s University). Josh holds a Master’s in Counseling from Adler University in Chicago with a specialization in Sport and Health Psychology. He has experience working in a wide variety of work settings, connected with people from diverse backgrounds and can support you in identifying and achieving career aspirations that are meaningful to you.
