My research interests in my field of study, Computational Sciences, are focused around automation and machine learning. I am very interested in High-Performance Computing, and the possibilities that working with these systems can introduce in terms of increasing the efficiency of the work that people are doing manually today. My interest in improving efficiency has been given free reign during my internship with the McDonald Institute by allowing me to be involved in implementing a real-world collaboration that will have an impact on many large-scale astroparticle physics experiments for years to come.
